Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Princess Highway tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest post office.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
